If already locked out, the Help Center can rest your password by giving you a temporary one.
Most likely a fraud alert is on the account. Fraud will contact via text, email, or phone call with the information we have on file. If you have not received anything, you can call the fraud center at 800-237-8990. If after calling and there is no open case, you can contact the Help Center. We have access to two systems that we can go through to see any issues with the debit card. Even if the transaction did not go through, we can see any attempts made.
The Help Center has access to the debit card system to be able to make these changes. We can now process these requests on Saturdays from 8am-12pm as well.
You may check your balance by accessing your Honor Bank Online Banking or Mobile App. It will give you your available balance as well as your transactions. We have EZ Phone Banking, simply call 800-325-0981 toll-free 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. You may also call the Help Center at 1-877-325-8031.
