The Help Center has access to the debit card system to be able to make these changes. We can now process these requests on Saturdays from 8am-12pm as well.

You can transfer funds by utilizing your Online Banking or Mobile App or you can call the Help Center at 1-877-325-8031 to assist you with a transfer. We also have phone banking, simply call 800-325-0981 toll-free 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

To check on the status of your direct deposit you can utilize your Online Banking, Mobile App, EZ Phone Banking (800-325-0981) or the Help Center can assist you by calling 1-877-325-8031.
